My Lotus Emira

In 2024 I bought a Lotus Emira. These are some photos of the car.

This wasn't an impulse purchase. I've wanted to buy a Lotus since I first saw a first-generation Lotus Elise in Yokohama back in 2004. However, while I was living in Tokyo it wouldn't make sense to buy a car for several reasons: public transportation was more than enough, and parking space was expensive. That changed when I moved to Saitama in late 2020: here, with my own parking space and big shopping malls all over the place, it made sense to finally buy a car. First I bought a Toyota C-HR hybrid. It was a good car: reliable, economical, and practical. Perfect for going from point A to point B. However, it wasn't a fun car to drive. Because of this, in March 2024 I went to a Lotus dealer in Yokohama and bought the Emira.
